As the Managing Agent for The Homeowners Association of Dove Creek, Inc., we are pleased to announce that an In-Person Informational Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at Jim and Betty Hughes Elementary School funded by the developer. The purpose of this meeting is to provide the opportunity for homeowners to ask EastGroup Properties any questions they may have about the imminent development adjacent to the community. It is not mandatory for homeowners to attend, but a good opportunity for anyone that is curious about the EastGroup development.

Photos below provide a visual on the development. It will be a Class A warehouse (Modern, Green Warehouse Design, Technology & Automation, Accessible to Major Highways & Airports, High Ceilings, Wide Column Base, Most Expensive). There will be no 18 wheelers, only box trucks. The current dead-end at Bindwood Drive will be a through road only for emergency vehicles. It is locked and only triggered by their vehicles.

No official business will be conducted during this meeting.
