Notice of Petition for Special Meeting

As the Managing Agent for The Homeowners Association of Dove Creek, Inc., we are announcing the reception of the petition to demand the Members’ right to request a Special Meeting. The purpose of this meeting, as per the petition, will be to present this petition to the Board of Directors for the removal of all Directors. As stated in the most recent Special Board of Directors Meeting, the purpose of this notification is to notify all Class A Members of the Association of the respective petition at the advice of the Association’s counsel.

Special meetings are open session and business transacted at this meeting will be restricted to those topics stated in the agenda. The agenda for which will be shared upon the formal scheduling of this meeting, at a date yet to be determined. Additionally, information surrounding the logistics and conduct of the respective meeting will be shared at that time.
