π° 3. Establishing a Reserve Account
As part of the Five Star Community requirements, the HOA Board is in the process of opening a Dove creek Community Reserve Account. We are exploring options with local banks to secure competitive Certificate of Deposit (CD) rates for optimal fund growth. Regular contributions will begin soon to ensure a healthy reserve for future projects and contingencies.
π 4. Multi-Purpose Play Courts Feasibility Study
In response to resident interest, the HOA Board has begun a feasibility study for multi-purpose play courts. A committee will be formed to ensure a transparent decision-making process.
π‘ 5. Formation of New Committees
To enhance community management and ensure transparency, the HOA Board is establishing the following committees:
- Financial Committee: To oversee budgets, expenditures, and reserve funds.
- Multi-Purpose Courts Project Committee: To guide the feasibility study and planning of the courts.

To manage our community's landscaping, lawn mowing, and irrigation services more efficiently, the HOA Board has initiated a plan to split these services among different specialized vendors. The Request for Proposal (RFP) process is underway and will be finalized in the coming days. This approach aims to improve service quality and cost-effectiveness.
π³ 7. Enhanced Landscaping Activities with D&D
We are collaborating closely with D&D Landscaping to streamline the remaining planned landscape activities and schedules. The focus is on timely completion and maintaining the aesthetics of our community.
π 8. Securing City Park for Cricket Games
The HOA Board is reaching out to Centurion Builders to discuss the allocation of the city park area for our community cricket games.
π 9. Exploring Future Projects
In addition to the above, the HOA Board is conducting studies on the feasibility and financial implications of other potential projects that could benefit the community value. We will share detailed updates as these studies progress.
