New Event Request Form

The Board of Directors of The Homeowners Association of Dove Creek, Inc. is pleased to announce the implementation of a new Event Request Form to help streamline the approval process for community celebrations and special events.
If you are planning an event in Dove Creek, please download and submit the Event Request Form to Essex (abarnes@essexhoa.com) at least 40 days before the planned event. The advance submission is necessary as the City of Frisco requires a minimum of 30 days to process applications.

The new Event Request Form ensures that all events are safe, well-coordinated, and in compliance with both HOA guidelines and City requirements. The form can be found under “Association Documents” on the community website.
