Unauthorized Removal of Community Plants

The Board would like to inform you that the seasonal plants installed at the Dove Creek entrance on October 10th have been removed without authorization. This landscaping was recently completed to enhance the appearance of our community, and its removal is both disappointing and concerning.

The Board has contacted the Frisco Police Department to document the incident and is working with our landscaping vendor and the Essex management team to determine next steps. We ask all residents to remain alert and report any information or suspicious activity related to this matter to Essex or the HOA Board.

As a community, we take pride in maintaining a welcoming and beautiful environment for all residents. Your cooperation and awareness are key to protecting and preserving our shared spaces.
