    We’re excited to share that Dove Creek will be participating in the City of Frisco’s CAN initiative this Saturday, September 27. It’s short notice, but we’re pulling together a fun-filled evening for our community!

    🗓 Schedule

    • 6:00 PM – Bike Parade
    Meet at Community Park (Maple Bend) at 5:45 PM to line up. Bring your bikes, scooters, or strollers—feel free to decorate them! Helmets encouraged.
    • 7:30 PM – Pizza & Movie Night
    After the parade, gather at Community Park (Maple Bend) for pizza, drinks, and a family-friendly movie under the stars.

Please see the attached flyers for more information. Additionally, the City of Frisco has strictly advised the community that this special event does not permit the following:

      • Road Closures
      • Traffic Control
      • Food vendors or food sales other than pre-packaged store-bought food
      • Tents over 10X10 in size
      • Gathering noise past 10 p.m.
      • Prohibiting admission to neighborhood residents without a private rental.

  4. Annual Meeting - Changed in Meeting Location

    6:30pm

    As the Managing Agent for The Homeowners Association of Dove Creek, Inc., we would like to inform you that due to the recent weather and the rescheduling of several events on the campus of Hughes Elementary, the Prosper ISD informed the Association that Hughes Elementary is no longer available as a venue for us to host the HOA meeting.

    Fortunately, Prosper ISD did offer to for us to host the in-person meeting at the Rock Hill High School Cafeteria. The meeting will now be held at Rock Hill High School Cafeteria on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 6:30PM. Check in will begin at approximately 6:30 pm.

    Additionally, please take a moment to review the attached election clarification letter which will also be posted on the Association’s website at www.dovecreekhoa.com. Should you have any questions regarding the new location for the upcoming Annuale Election Meeting, you may submit your inquiry via the “Contact Us” tab and an Essex representative will respond promptly.

    As Managing Agent for The Homeowners Association of Dove Creek, Inc., we are pleased to announce that an In- Person Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Thursday, January 16th, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss normal business of the Association, and to elect one (1) Class A Member to the Board of Directors.
